Hot Stamp Respoolers

Description

If you need to respool hot stamped material this is the machine. Standard units include a powered payoff and powered takeup both dancer controlled and synchronized to the marking machines stopping, stamping and starting. The take-up has an adjustable pitch traverse to levelwind the wire on the takeup spool and the cabinet has storage drawers for foils, tools and fixtures, a work surface and digitally programmable controller, indicator lights, fuses and switches conveniently located to maximize the interface with the operator.
